What do we rent? 

Providence Point includes several accommodations. You can rent just the Waterfront cottage or the North or South Cottage apartments. If you are traveling with a large group you may want to rent all three.

After August 2008 the rates will change:

Waterfront Cottage Summer $1800, Thanksgiving to Carnival $2000. Christmas, Easter and Presidents Week $2200.

North and South Cottages Summer $1500, Thanksgiving to Carnival $1800 Christmas, Easter and President's week $2000.

** Guests who book a year in advance during their stay for the same time in a subsequent year will receive their old rates.

Note: We offer rates quoted by the week, but you can rent the cottages for more time if you wish... ten days, two weeks, or month long visits. Calculate additional days by pro rating the weekly rate; come and stay as long as you can!

Deposits - We require 50% to confirm your booking. Cancellations are possible; however we refund deposits if and when we book the time to a new client. We will make a concerted effort to rebook the time, but late cancellations and peak season cancellations or cancellations of the use of the whole property are sometimes difficult to rebook. If we get someone to take your time, then we refund the deposit. Send deposit funds to:
